Interim management
If one is to believe Murphy’s Law, then change happens exactly when you least expect it. Particularly at the management and middle management level (heads of divisions and departments) a minor change can mean, however, serious trouble for the company. In this situation, Interim Management provides the opportunity to quickly and reliably introduce competence and expertise to the company in order to contribute to the company’s stabilization.
For interim managers, another field of activity is limited-term assignments, such as projects in which specialist knowledge, experience and expertise are required.
Advantages of Interim management:
- fast availability,
- competence and know-how; and
- calculable costs.
